MGA Foundation

MGA's mission is to promote Australian photography. As one of Victoria's leading public galleries, MGA prides itself on its unique and extensive collection of Australian photography, along with its diverse range of exhibitions, education programs and public events that enrich the lives and minds of our community.

The MGA Foundation was established in 2005 to assist the gallery deliver its mission. The MGA Foundation is a charitable entity which:

• raises funds to provide medium and longer term investment income for the benefit of MGA
• provides additional funds for the acquisition of substantial works for the collection
• finances special MGA projects and initiatives
• financially support MGA's programs
• provide a legal and independent fundraising and management platform for seeking new donations, gifts, bequests and endowments.

You can play a vital role in the life and work of the MGA by making a tax-deductible contribution in the form of cash donations, bequests or gifts of artwork.
