Robin Boyd, a portrait of an Australian house

25 May 2019 to 14 July 2019

This exhibition celebrates the architecture of Robin Boyd through the medium of photography. Contemporary photographers, Lauren Bamford and Lydia Wegner have been commissioned to produce new work centred on the Wright House, in Warrandyte, one of Boyd’s iconic family homes. The two artists will offer a fractured view of the Wright House, accompanied by historic photographs by Mark Strizic from the 1960s, the time that Boyd was designing and building his houses.

Curator: Pippa Milne

This exhibition is part of the Robin Boyd: Centenary of Design program in partnership with the Robin Boyd Foundation.
